Return type：

1. Return in China

• Only 20 yuan of return security fee will be charged for return in China and re-delivery to the destination.
• For return in China, the international shipping fee will be fully refunded (excluding insurance, fragile items, and outer box reinforcement, etc.). Only 20 yuan of return security fee will be charged by us and the customer is responsible for the payment of inland delivery.

2. Return from destination country

• The international shipping fee will not be refunded if the item returned from destination country to China, and the shipping fee will be paid by yourself when returned to China. There is no operation fee.
• The international shipping fee will be charged normally for the return in destination country and re-deliver to the other address in the destination country, and there is no operation fee.       

Note: Please check the return type when you receive the return service notification.

Return operation:

• For re-delivery, please choose the re-delivey route carefully according to the reason for the return. If you have any questions, please return to the Personal Center to contact Customer Service.
• For delivering back to China, please select China, and then fill in the detailed China delivery address information, submit the order and wait for the operation. The delivery package to China will be delivered within two days; if you are unclear, please return to the Personal Center to contact Customer Service.
